Bonilla, a professor and author known for her work on Puerto Rico’s hurricanes and earthquakes, discusses her vision for the center and the changes made during the pandemic, including a webinar series on COVID-19 for first responders and community leaders on the island.

The episode also features a segment on the National Dominican Day Parade, which was held virtually again this year.
